Here are some tips to prevent many spam e-mails coming into your e-mail address:
1. If you have a site and must include an e-mail address you on the site you should replace the @ sign with [at]. Example: admin [at] finderonly.com
2. If you receive emails from people we do not know, we better not have to respond or answer email.
3. Never click on a link from the site email sent by someone who we do not know.
4. If you want to register on the mailing list or group that is usually provided by yahoo and google, you should use your e-mail address is not so important.
5. If you receive a spam e-mail local (Indonesian Language) you should immediately contact the national team through the spam prevention abuse [at] apjii.or.id.
6. Install anti-spam software on your computer as software MailWasher (www.mailwasher.net)
7. Enable anti-spam service in the email service you use.
8. Do not give your e-mail address you personally to any person including place of e-mail address you on Facebook, Friendster or Myspace.
